Long before I had a vocabulary for it, I sensed that my way of being in dialogue with the world is rooted in the body, through an artistic language that allows experience to speak for itself.
The years that followed were shaped by a deep search for a practice capable of holding depth, sensitivity, and freedom in movement and expression. During this exploration, I was introduced to Dr Sandra Reeve and her Move Into Life movement approach, which felt precisely aligned with the path I had been searching for.
This path later led me to Amerta Movement, under the guidance of Suprapto Surodarmu. I moved to Java and studied intensively at Padepokan Lemah Putih in Surakarta for one year, fully immersing myself in the practice. Under Prapto’s guidance, I discovered how inseparable I am from nature, exploring my relationship with its elements through embodied movement and presence.
Living in Java also offered profound exposure to the local culture, religion, philosophy, and belief systems. After that, I continued my journey for over ten years through regular workshops and ongoing guidance from Suprapto, both in Indonesia and when he visited Europe. There, practice became an ongoing dialogue between movement, performance, film, art, and nature, exploring how all these dimensions interact and inform one another.
After returning to Europe, I completed a master’s degree in dance, integrating embodied practice with academic inquiry. Later, I spent two years studying consciousness and energy in Poland, deepening my sensitivity to subtle perception and awareness.
Today, my work is rooted in stillness, movement, consciousness, energy, and awareness, a living practice of presence and transformation. Over time, I have developed a heightened sensitivity to the body and its subtle messages. This allows me to notice where energy is held, where movement is blocked, or where attention is contracted, and to guide people in bringing awareness to these areas so that natural movement, release, and reorganisation can emerge.
